This vintage sports magazine, edited by Jackie Robinson, is the 5th and last issue ever published (Vol 1, No 5). Introduced as “The Great New NEGRO SPORTS Magazine”. Bursting out of the cover is football All-American George Taliaferro.

Dive into 1953 era editorial content that includes: “Why do negro stars get buried in the minors?” and “Will a negro ever win TOP amateur award?”.

Overall, this magazine is in good condition with some stress along the spine (as seen) and some light age yellowing inside along the edges.
