Back in the 1970’s soccer fans looked to the “NASL Notebook” for all of the NASL news you just couldn’t find in the mainstream media of the day.

The Cleveland Cobras (ASL) received a lot of ink with a feature on midfielder Dennis Almeida. Fans also got info from the “ASL Action” section, including color logos of all 1977 teams. Ron Yeats (of the ASL Champion Los Angeles Skyhawks) discusses his new job as Player-coach of the upstart Santa Barbara Condors.

After the demise of the recent champion Philadelphia Atoms. Several pages were dedicated to the city of Philadelphia and what went wrong with the Atoms.

The cover is tenuously attached.
