The Lake Elsinore brought me back to baseball in 1994. By far one of the most exciting players I ever remember was Joe Urso. Every game we attended he’d make a great play at shortstop or knock in the winning run with a line drive home run. He wasn’t a big leaguer but this guy was loved in south Riverside county for his heart and hustle.
