Featuring San Diego Sockers Brian Quinn on the cover. This issue chronicles the Sockers fifth straight indoor title “One for the Thumb”. It was an epic series that saw the Sockers come back from a 1-3 deficit to keep the first dynasty alive. Quinn’s leadership, particularly in game six in Minneapolis, motivated the Sockers comeback.
