Soccer Bowl 1982 Collectors Mug

In 1982 the two top teams in the North American Soccer League (NASL) faced off in Soccer Bowl ’82. The New York Cosmos were appearing in their third straight final, they were facing a flying Seattle Sounders team. San Diego’s Jack Murphy Stadium was the venue. Cosmos Mr. Clutch Giorgio Chinaglia scored, the Cosmos played keep-away and New York won a rather boring showcase game.

Only 1982 of these tankards were produced. Each item has a limited edition number (We have #68 and #1264 in stock).
